In September 2010, we had various public engagement activities with local residents and Sai Kung District Council members, to seek their views on the alignment options for Tseung Kwan O Section of the Tseung Kwan O – Lam Tin Tunnel. The details of the meetings are shown below:

From June to December 2010, we had various public engagement activities with local residents and Kwun Tong District Council members, to seek their views on the alignment options for different sentions of Tseung Kwan O – Lam Tin Tunnel , including Cha Kwo Ling Section, Lam Tin Interchange and Lam Tin Hill Section. Stage 2a – Evaluating Options for Po Shun Road/Po Yap Road/Chui Ling Road Junction and Landscape Deck beside Ocean Shores

In November 2009, we had meetings with the local resident representatives and Sai Kung District Council members, to seek their views on design options of Po Shan Road/Po Yap Road/Chui Ling Road Junction and landscape deck beside Ocean Shores. The details of the meetings are shown below:

7 November 2009: Meeting with representatives from Park Central regarding the grade separated cycle track cum footbridge at Po Shun Road/Po Yap Road/Chui Ling Road Junction
11 November 2009: Meeting with representatives from Ocean Shores regarding landscape deck beside Ocean Shores

Stage 1 – Envisioning and Understanding Concerns

During April – July 2009, we have collected views and suggestions from Sai Kung District Council and Kwun Tong District Council, local residents, representatives of nearby estates, and representatives of professional institutes, green groups and cycling associations. We have gathered valuable opinions which are useful for the subsequent study, including formulation and evaluation of the alignment options. The details of the meetings are shown below:
